Let us get this out straight. The S6 edge is, for us, hands down the most beautiful Samsung phone ever made. You have probably seen tons of pictures of it on the Internet it has to be seen up close and felt in the flesh for you to truly appreciate its beauty.
Metals do flow in the S6 edge. The curves on both sides of the phone go down elegantly and are met halfway by the metal frame that houses the side power/lock key on the left and the volume rockers on the right, which is unlike the Galaxy Note Edge’s one-side curve screen that goes all the way down. The result is a phone unlike any other you have seen.
Oh, and did we say that the phone is shiny, very shiny? From the top and bottom panel at the front and the all-glass back behind, the S6 edge reflects a lot of light. This makes the phone not only highly attractive to onlookers but also to fingerprints.
Yet despite the simply gorgeous look, the S6 edge does not offer the best gripping experience. The thin metal sides make holding the device feels a little awkward. However, it is a small tradeoff to pay to achieve this one-of-a-kind design.
It is going to be very very hard for Samsung to top this.
